HAPS is a Tulane University study that is investigating how indoor air quality affects health

Are you 60 years old or older?

If so, Tulane University’s Household Air Pollution Study (HAPS) is looking for research volunteers. If you qualify and complete the study, you will receive $100 in compensation. You will also receive information about the air quality in your home.

To be eligible, you must live in the Greater New Orleans area, without plans to move in the next six months, be at least 60 years old, and consent to wearing a small air quality monitor on your person for seven days.
